Turtle’s Paradise Flyers and Newsletters
There are six Turtle’s Paradise flyers and newsletters scattered throughout the game. Once you have found all six, you can return to the Turtle’s Paradise Pub in Wutai and speak to the bartender to receive your reward, which includes:

Turtle’s Paradise News No. 1
You can find the first newsletter in the shack at the bottom-right side of the slum area in Sector 5. Proceed upstairs to find a young boy sleeping in a bed. On the wall, you will find the newsletter.
Turtle’s Paradise Newsletter No. 2
You can find the second newsletter on the second floor of the Shinra Building. You can only read it during either your first trip through the Shinra Building on Disc 1 or during the second visit when the team parachutes in. If you miss it both times, it is impossible to complete the Turtle’s Paradise side quest.
Turtle’s Paradise No. 3
You can find the third newsletter in the Ghost Square area of Gold Saucer.
Turtle’s Paradise Newsletter Number 4
You can find the fourth newsletter on the wall in the weapon shop in Cosmo Canyon.
Turtle’s Paradise No. 5
You can find the fifth newsletter on the second floor of the Pub Starlet, also located in Cosmo Canyon.
Turtle’s Paradise No. 6
You can find the sixth newsletter in Wutai in Yuffie’s basement.
Return to the Turtle’s Paradise Pub in Wutai. You have to read the flyer outside the pub to initiate the side quest, which you will have automatically completed if you follow the steps above. Speak to the bartender to receive your rewards.
