Elem-Def

Elem-Def is a junction that your characters can gain access to if they have Guardian Force that has the Elem-Def-J, Elem-Def-Jx2, or Elem-Def-Jx4 ability. A character that has elemental magic junctioned will either resist or absorb elemental magic of that type that you cast on them. Use the chart below to determine which magic you can use to build up a specific resistance.

“Elem-Def signified Elemental Defense, which sets an elemental property to your defense. Certain elemental attacks can be defended against depending on your Elem-Def element. Fire Elem-Def protects fire attacks. Fire attacks can heal characters who are completely immune to fire. Characters who are weak against fire are easily damaged by fire attacks.”
