Shiva is one of the first two Guardian Forces that you receive at the start of the game that sports a very powerful and effective ice-based attack.

How to Obtain Shiva

You are given Shiva as soon as you look at the Study Panel at the beginning of the game.

Vit+20%	60	Raises Vitality by 20%.
Vit+40%	120	Raises Vitality by 40%.
Spr+20%	60	Raises Spirit by 20%.
Spr+40%	120	Raises Spirit by 40%.
SumMag+10%	40	Raises GF damage by 10%.
SumMag+20%	70	Raises GF damage by 20%.
SumMag+30%	140	Raises GF damage by 30%.
GFHP+10%	40	Raises GF HP by 10%.
GFHP+20%	70	Raises GF HP by 20%.
Boost	10	Increases damage during GF’s attack. When you press after GF is summoned, an icon and numbers appear. The number shows the damage value at 75%. Press repeatedly to increase it to 250%. But pressing while “X” is displayed returns the damage value to 75%.
I Mag-RF	30	Refines Ice/Water Magic from Items.
