The best way to increase your character’s stats is through junctioning high-level Magic to as many of their stats as you can. So, where can you find the most powerful magic?
Below is a quick list of some of the most powerful magic in the game to stock up on and where to find it. Note that you can pick up much of this magic on the Island Closest to Hell and the Island Closest to Heaven. Refer to the Tips and Tricks page for more information on those two locations.

Level up your characters on these islands full of high-level monsters and pick up some hidden Draw Points while you’re there.

You can use  Forbid Mag-RF to refine an  Energy Crystal into 3x Ultima Magic. Use the Fixed Encounters against Elnoyles trick to stock up on Energy Crystals. |
| Full-Life |
You can draw Full-Life magic from Raijin and Fujin during the battle onboard the Lunatic Pandora at the end of Disc 3. You can also use Siren’s L Mag-RF ability to refine  Regen Rings into 20 Full-Life magic. The alternative is to find Draw Points on the two Islands listed above. |
| Meltdown |
Use Leviathan’s Supt Mag-RF ability to refine Mystery Fluid into Meltdown magic. You can obtain Mystery Fluid by defeating Gaylas in the snowy areas around Trabia Garden. |
| Meteor |
The easiest way to stock up on Meteor magic is to Draw it directly from a Ruby Dragon. You’ll have a good opportunity to do this during the Laguna Dream Sequence in the Trabia Canyon, but aside from this, just track down some Ruby Dragons on the Island Closest to Hell. |
| Curaga |
Curaga is probably the easiest magic to obtain, but it is fairly strong when junctioned to your character’s stats. You can use Siren’s L Mag-RF ability to refine regular old Wizard Stones into 5 Curaga magic, and you can Draw it off a ton of enemies. |
| Triple |
You can Draw Triple magic from Draw Points on the Island Closest to Hell. You can also Draw it from Cerberus or from Odin. |
| Tornado |
The best way to stock up on Tornado magic is to use High Mag-RF to convert 10 Aero magic into 1 Tornado magic. You can also convert a Windmill, which you can obtain from the Thrustaevis around Galbadia, into 10x Tornado. |
| Aura |
You can refine a Fury Fragment into 5 Aura magic and you can pick up these items by stealing from a Blue Dragon using  Mug, or they have a rare chance to drop them as a reward after any battle. Additionally, you can refine  Blue Dragon Cards into Aura Stones. |
Stock up on these powerful magics so that you can junction them to your character’s most important stats. This will make some of the more difficult fights in the game, such as Omega Weapon, much easier to complete. Good luck!
