Celestial Weapons
The Celestial Weapons are the strongest weapons in the game, with one available for each character. To fully unlock a weapon, you must obtain its corresponding crest and sigil, which add powerful abilities to it. The weapons start with the
No AP ability only, which makes them almost entirely useless.
The names of the Crests and Sigils differ depending on which version of Final Fantasy X you are playing, which you can change using the Game Version toggle in the sidebar menu (this is the PlayStation
Xbox
Nintendo Switch version of the guide).
Some of the Crest and Sigil names change according to the following chart:
The Sun and Moon Crests and Sigils (for Tidus and Yuna) are the same across all versions.

Complete Celestial Weapons List
Once you have obtained the Celestial Mirror, you can begin the process of powering up each of the Celestial Weapons. Use the links for each Celestial Weapon below for more information on how to obtain them and the objects needed to enhance them:
The Celestial Weapon for Yuna, which you can obtain by capturing monsters for the Monster Arena.
The Celestial Weapon for Auron, which you can obtain after you locate the statue of Lord Mi’ihen.
The Celestial Weapon for Wakka, which you can obtain by completing and winning a Blitzball tournament.
The Celestial Weapon for Rikku, which you can obtain by entering an Al Bhed password whilst on the Airship.
Achievement/Trophy
You will receive the
Weapon Master Achievement/Trophy after you have obtained all the Celestial Weapons for each of your characters.
