* The Dheed has a 40% chance of appearing when you enter the Skyreach Ridge area of the Mosphoran Highwaste. Just enter the Empyrean Seat area where Exodus is fought and re-enter the Skyreach Ridge until it appears. Note that it will only appear once you have initiated the Hunt Club side quest.
