This Cie’th Stone for this Mission is located in area C2 (“Via Stellarum”) or in area C3 (“Via Solis”) and can be activated after you complete Mission 39 or 40. Refer to the Faultwarrens Side Quest page for a map of the location.

The Borgbear Hero is very similar to the other Goblin-type enemies you have faced up to this point and this mission is very similar to Mission 42 - Antihero. The Borgbear Hero is accompanied by basically every type of Goblin there is in the game. In addition to the Borgbear Hero, there is a Munchkin Maestro, Munchkin, Goblin Chieftain, Goblin, and of course a regular Borgbear.
This fight will take a fair bit of time due to the amount of HP that the Borgbear Hero, Munchkin Maestro and Goblin Chieftain have so start off the battle by buffing your party members with a 
Synergist. From there, focus on taking out each of the smaller Goblins before working your way through the larger ones.
