Corrosive Custard can dole out a heavy amount of damage in the form of earth-based attacks (Quake) so consider equipping a 
Clay Ring or Siltstone Ring to your party members to reduce the amount of incoming damage. Start the fight off by buffing your party members and debuffing the enemies as this will be a fairly lengthy fight.
Kick things off by using a 
Librascope on all three enemies. The Hybrid Flora is the easiest of the three to defeat so consider focusing your attacks on bringing it down first before swapping to the Monstrous Flan.
