The Condor is a Lupine-type enemy that you can find in Besaid. You need to capture five of each Lupine-type enemy to unlock Fenrir in the Species Conquest section of the Monster Arena.

Dingos are relatively easy to defeat, but the best strategy for defeating them early on in the game is to have Tidus attack them with his Longsword.
