Mushussu is a Drake-type enemy that you can find in Bikanel. You need to capture five of each Drake-type enemy to unlock Fafnir in the Species Conquest section of the Monster Arena.
Defeating Mushussu fiends is fairly straightforward. Have one of your characters that has a weapon with the 
Piercing auto-ability to take them down as quickly as possible. Alternatively, it is also weak to Ice damage, so you can have Lulu use 
Blizzara to take it down quickly as well.
They can inflict Slow with their regular attacks.

You can find them anywhere on Bikanel Island. Your best bet is to head further north into the Island, though, to see more of them (towards Home).
