Murussu is a Helm/Armored-type enemy that you can find in Macalania Woods. You need to capture five of each Helm/Armored-type enemy to unlock Tanket in the Species Conquest section of the Monster Arena.
Defeating Murussu is pretty straightforward, but have your characters with 
Piercing weapons, such as Auron or Kimahri. Alternatively, you can use ice or water-based magics to bring them down quickly.
Its attacks can cause the Slow effect on your party members.
