Mission 21 through Mission 26 are all tasks that are given to you by the Menhirrim inside Taejin’s Tower. They are required to be completed in order to progress the story of the game and need to be completed in order to navigate through the various tiers of the tower. They have no prerequisite requirements and can be completed even if you have not completed any of the previous Missions.

The Menhirrim that initiates this Mission is located on the Second Tier of Taejin’s Tower.
The mark for this Mission spawns on the Second Tier and can be seen if you pull up the mini-map. You will have to battle your way through the group of Pulsework Gladiators, up the ramp, past the Mánagarmr, and down the ramp on the other side.

Gelatitan is weak to lightning-based magics which your characters can focus on after you use 
Libra at the start of the fight. It will do some fairly heavy hitting water-based attacks but is otherwise no more difficult than any of the previous large Flans you have faced up to this point.
