Mission 21 through Mission 26 are all tasks that are given to you by the Menhirrim inside Taejin’s Tower. They are required to be completed in order to progress the story of the game and need to be completed in order to navigate through the various tiers of the tower. They have no prerequisite requirements and can be completed even if you have not completed any of the previous Missions.

This mark is accompanied by two Cryptos.
The Menhirrim that initiates this Mission is located just behind where the Gelatitan spawns for Mission 21.
Travel all the way back to the first Menhirrim by going up the ramp and through the hallway. Continue past the Menhirrim and into the room beyond by going through the hallway. You can use the mini-map to help you find the location of this next mark which is still on the Second Tier.

As noted above, the Ambling Bellows is accompanied by two Cryptos. You should already be familiar with fighting these enemies as you would have faced on for Mission 10 - Hollow Hope or Mission 18 - So Close, Yet So Far.
Target the Ambling Bellows first because it can buff the nearby Cryptos and can summon more Cryptos into battle.
