This Cie’th Stone can be found at the back wall of the Haerii Archaeopolis. From the Archylte Steppe, mount a Chocobo and go through the valley in the Eastern Tors area which will lead you through Aggra’s Trough, Aggra’s Pasture, Haerii Oldroad and then finally into the Haerii Archaeopolis.

The mark for this Mission is nearby within the Haerii Archaeopolis. You will be able to see where its located by pulling up the mini-map. Note that on your way over to challenge the mark you will find a split path that leads into an area where a Cactuar is hiding.
Defeat the Cactuar and then drop down to the level below to find a Treasure Sphere that contains a 
Collector Catalog. Then jump back up and try to get a preemptive strike on the mark and its group.

This is an extremely easy Mission with enemies that you have faced numerous times before. No strategy is required. As noted above, you can get a preemptive strike on this group of enemies fairly easy, making the battle even quicker.
