Mission 21 through Mission 26 are all tasks that are given to you by the Menhirrim inside Taejin’s Tower. They are required to be completed in order to progress the story of the game and need to be completed in order to navigate through the various tiers of the tower.

You will need to fight two Yakshini along with the mark.
This particular Mission does have prerequisite requirements in the sense that you can only reach this Mission by activating the Menhirrim on the Second Tier which are involve in the following:
The Menhirrim that initiates this Mission is located on the Fifth Tier which you can reach by taking the elevator up from the Fourth Tier along the outside section of Taejin’s Tower.
The mark is extremely close to the Menhirrim that provides this mission. In fact, because of how close the mark is, this Mission can be used to farm both Crystogen Points (CP) and gil. Check out the farming section below for more information:

Start off by defeating the two Yakshini that accompany Mushussu and then focus your attacks on the mark. Mushussu is weak to wind-based magic damage which can be revealed by using 
Libra on it after the Yakshini are defeated.
This mark is pretty easy to defeat which but the group of enemies together can throw out a fairly high amount of damage so be ready to switch into “Diversity” paradigm to allow your 
Medic to do some healing.
Moonblossom Seed (x6)Moonblossom SeedThe Moonblossom Seeds can be used as an organic component but they’re more effect when sold directly to the shops for gil as each of them will fetch 6,000 Gil.
