Oddly enough the mark for this fight is just another Juggernaut which you already had to defeat in order to gain access to the Cie’th Stone for this Mission…
This Cie’th Stone is located in the Maw of the Abyss area of the Mah’habara Subterra. As noted above and in the Chapter 11 - Optional Side Quests page, you will have to defeat a Juggernaut in order to reach the Cie’th Stone.
The mark for this Mission is located just outside of Taejin’s Tower in the area known as the Palisades. Thankfully there is a Waystone nearby, but this means that you need to get to a Waystone in order to warp to the Palisades.
There are two Waystones near the Cie’th Stone for Mission 29. You can either travel back to the Archylte Steppes - Northern Highplain area or you can continue further into the Mah’habara Subterra, through the Earthworks until you reach the Waystone about half way through.
Once you warp to “Taejin’s Tower - The Palisades” you can find Juggernaut a bit further down the pathway, past the two Mánagarmr.

This Mark does not require any additional strategy to defeat beyond what you already used against the last Juggernaut you fought. Making this fight even easier though is that its possible to sneak up on this Juggernaut to get a preemptive strike in.
