Battle Tactics

Mark Battle: Syphax

Class: B
HP: 2,024,000

Opening cinematic for the battle against Syphax, the Mark for Mission 30

This battle begins with a fight against 26 Numidias enemies which are small, easy to defeat bat-like creatures. You should have your team focus on Area of Effect (AoE) attacks to bring them down as quickly as possible. Assuming you are controlling your Commandos, choose either your Ruinga or Blitz attacks.

The smaller Numidias can pump out a fairly high amount of damage, so consider swapping between Decimation and Diversity paradigms for healing and to slowly buff up your party members in preparation for the actual battle against Syphax which occurs after the 26 Numidias has been defeated.

Battle against Syphax as it uses Grave Summons

The battle against Syphax does not require any advanced strategies. Just be prepared for it to keep summoning more Numidias to join the battle with “Grave Summons” which means you should focus your attacks on Syphax to end the battle quickly before things get out of control.

Reward:

Next Steps Following Completion

Make sure you grab both of the two Treasure Spheres before leaving the area. One of them contains four Perfect Conductors while the second contains two Particle Accelerators. Completing this Cie’th Stone’s Mission has removed the nearby Cie’th Paling allowing you access into the Haerii Archaeopolis, which is where the next Mission can be found.
