Despite being a fairly high-level Mission in terms of number, this is a very easy Mission to complete and it can easily be completed during Chapter 11.
The Cie’th Stone for this Mission is located in the Cie’th Stone Circle in the Eastern Tors area of the Archylte Steppe.
The mark for this Mission can be found in the Atzilut’s Tears area of Vallis Media. Jump on the nearby Chocobo and ride it to the Waystone. Use the Waystone to warp to “Yaschas Massif - Tsubaddran Highlands” and then take the trail back towards Vallis Media (the red star on the mini-map can help you locate it). Continue a short ways down the path until you encounter the group of Sahagin.

This is another very easy mark battle as you have fought and defeated many Sahagin already. They can pump out a fairly high amount of damage so be ready to heal when necessary both otherwise this group should not give you too much trouble.
