Despite being a fairly high-level Mission in terms of number, this is a very easy Mission to complete and it can easily be completed during Chapter 11.
The Cie’th Stone for this Mission is located in the Cie’th Stone Circle in the Eastern Tors area of the Archylte Steppe.
The mark for this Mission is located at the top of Taejin’s Tower in the Cloven Spire. You can use a Waypoint to warp either to “Oerba - Village Proper” or “Taejin’s Tower - The Palisades”. Both warp points are going to require you to do a fair bit of walking to reach the mark.

Other than the fact that there are three of them, the Gelatitans are not heard to defeat. Use 
Libra on them if you need to in order to reveal their weaknesses to water-based magic and then keep your party healed as you focus your attacks on one Gelatitan at a time. They are also weak to 
Deprotect and 
Imperil; applying these two debuffs can help you defeat them even faster.
