Ifrit

Gaining control of the Eikon Ifrit is different from the other Eikons that Clive can control. As noted in the tutorial message that pops up after you unlock Ifrit during the Buried Memories Main Scenario Quest, “slots for Ifrit’s abilities are shared with those for the Phoenix and can be confirmed via that Abilities tab in the Main Menu.”

What does that mean? In short, Ifrit doesn’t have five unique abilities like other full-fledged Eikons (one Eikonic Feat and four Eikonic Abilities). Instead, it’s just two new abilities and the ability to trigger a Limit Break.

There is a section of the game where you can control Ifrit, and for those sequences, Clive will gain access to a whole new set of Ifrit-specific abilities while “embodying Ifrit.” For more information on those abilities, check out the “Embodying Ifrit” section using the link below:
