Moonflow
The second visit to the Moonflow! This trip includes the first of two tasks that will start building up high amounts of Gil, which you can use to help pay down O’aka XXIII’s debt!
Head over to the South Bank and speak to Tobli.
Helpful Hint
Tobli’s first line here depends on whether you completed the “Shave the Hypello?” Mission in Chapter 1. If you did, as this guide recommends, he starts with “But the tickets aren’t selling!” and your Story Completion line comes a little later, when he says “With the Gullwings in charge, we’ll sell out for sure!” after you agree to help. The “I am in big, big trouble!” line quoted in older guides only plays if the Chapter 1 Mission was skipped.
Tobli wants you to help him sell tickets, so it’s time for the next Mission!
Mission: YRP, the Scalpers Three!
This Mission involves selling tickets to folks along the banks and trails around the Moonflow. Normally, you have to guess how much people are willing to pay for the various tickets. Guess too high, and the people won’t buy, but if you come in too low, you’ll be leaving Gil and profits on the table!
But don’t worry, you have this walkthrough/strategy guide, so below, you’ll find the full list of people that you’ll want to sell the tickets to. These are the people that will pay the most for the tickets:

You must sell all ten tickets and at least break even overall. If you fall short, you’ll forfeit the Moonflow episode in Chapter 5. If a sale fails, reload your save and run the Mission again.
It feels bad to charge the kids extra, but either way, you should earn 12,500 Gil in profits. Tobli will also give you a 
Muscle Belt accessory and a 
Seething Cauldron Garment Grid for selling all of the tickets.

Side Quests
A list of the NPCs that you can speak with to earn Open Air / Argent Publicity points and Marriage matchmaking points around Moonflow during Chapter 2.
Use a Save Sphere to get back to the Celsius, then head to Guadosalam.
Checking the “Moonflow Complete” box adds the Story Completion Percent for the automatic scenes in Moonflow.
