Guadosalam
When you land, approach the entrance to the mansion at the back… or what was previously called the mansion in Final Fantasy X. Now it’s called Leblanc’s Chateau. Fancy! There’s a quick cutscene that takes place when you approach, and triggering this cutscene is required to get all of the Story Completion Percent.
After that, there’s just one other thing to do here.
The “Data” Quest
A short, easy quest takes place in Guadosalam during this chapter. Start by saving your game at the 
Save Sphere though before you continue.
Warning
You may need to reset your game depending on which “data recipient” you get. Make sure to save your game so you don’t lose any of your progress.
Head into the Inn, which is the doorway right to the left of the Save Sphere. Speak to the man behind the counter, and you’ll see a new option you can select called “Got any data?” He will offer to sell you the ‘data’ for 10,000 Gil. The data broker will then give you a hint as to who you can sell the data to.
The data broker isn’t lying to you; you can always turn a profit. But depending on the hints you get, you’ll be able to sell it to a different person, and they’re all willing to pay different amounts, according to the following chart:

The best buyer is the data broker himself, who is willing to pay 100,000 Gil for the data he just sold you, netting you a 90,000 Gil profit. Unfortunately, the recipient is random, so you’ll have to reset your game if you get the wrong person and reload (press the 
button, then the 
button).
This can be an annoying quest if you get unlucky, but the good thing about it is that this will surely put you up and over the amount of Gil you need to help clear up O’aka XXIII’s debts. Head back up to the Celsius once you have the money.
O’aka XXIII’s Savior
You can now head to the cabin of the Celsius and help O’aka clear up his debt. The counter drops by the amount you spend in his shop, so buy 99 
Phoenix Downs from him, sell them all to Barkeep, and repeat until the 100,000 Gil counter hits zero.
You will lose roughly three-quarters of the Gil each round, unfortunately, which the data broker’s 90,000 will at least help to cover. The reward is worth it, though, for the Story Completion Percent. Not to mention, O’aka’s prices will drop by one tenth for the rest of the game.
Make sure you clear O’aka’s debt before the end of Chapter 2. This doesn’t award any Story Completion Percent, and you still have some time if you didn’t manage to earn enough Gil through the previous two Missions, but now is as good a time as any.
