Djose Temple
At the beginning of Chapter 3, a short cutscene takes place on the Celsius after the team departs from Bevelle.
Helpful Hint
We’re just starting the chapter now, so you’ll have plenty of time for this task, but it’s worth mentioning early that you need to catch a Chocobo before you reach the end of Chapter 3. There will be additional reminders in this guide, but keep this requirement in mind as you work your way through each location for this chapter. You can catch them in Besaid, Kilika Woods, Thunder Plains, and the Calm Lands, among other places.
Celsius
Both Nooj and Baralai will have disappeared, and three Hotspots will open up on Besaid Island, Kilika Island, and the Mushroom Rock Road. First, though, you should take care of some things aboard the Celsius now that you have started a new chapter. You know the drill!
Start by having Yuna rest in the cabin for Chapter 3. As a reminder, sleeping in the cabin once per chapter is a requirement for a scene in Chapter 5 that awards Story Completion Percent.
Next, head down to the engine room again. The treasure chests have been refilled, and this time they contain four 
Hi-Potions, six Phoenix Downs, five Remedies, and three Ethers. Once you have them, head to Djose Temple.
Djose Temple
There isn’t much to do here at Djose on this first visit. Approach the Djose Temple for a short cutscene with Gippal (which is required for 100% Story Completion). You must watch this scene with Gippal before Djose turns into a Hotspot, which happens as soon as the Besaid and Kilika Missions are both complete. Visiting Djose first, before either of them, is the safest way to guarantee it.
If you sided with New Yevon, there is a second stop to make before starting the Besaid and Kilika Missions. Head to Bevelle and go down to Limbo for two more scenes. Like the one with Gippal, both are gone for good once Djose turns into a Hotspot.
There’s also a treasure chest near the 
Save Sphere that contains three Phoenix Downs and another along the Pilgrimage Road that contains three Hi-Potions.

Now you can continue with the first of the Hotspots and head to Besaid Island.
Checking the “Djose Temple Complete” box adds the Story Completion Percent for the automatic scenes in Djose Temple.
