Hunt 21: Get My Stuff Back!

You can complete this Hunt any time after you have gone through the Draklor Laboratory after reaching the Imperial City of Archades. You can pick up the Bill in the Whitecap tavern in the Port of Balfonheim.
Petitioner
The Viera Wayfarer is located in the Whitecap tavern in the Port of Balfonheim. She is sitting on the windowsill on the far side of the bar.
Mark Location
Head north out of Port of Balfonheim into the Cerobi Steppe.
You can track down the Vyraal in the Northsward zone, the northeastern portion of the map. Travel through South Liavell Hills, through the North Liavell Hills, north into Feddik River, and north one more time into The Northsward.

Spiral Incisor (55%), Charger Barding (10%), Leo Gem (3%)
The Viera Wayfarer will join you when you reach the Northsward and will assist you during the fight. She will even buff your party members as well with 
Protect and Shell.
Make sure you set up a Dispel Gambit to remove Vyraal’s Haste buff, which it will automatically start the battle off with.
Vyraal will flee the battle once its HP gets too low. It will then recast Haste on itself and heal itself if it gets too far away, so leave your Dispel Gambit active for the duration of the fight, and re-engage Vyraal again to finish it off.
It will start to resist damage more effectively as its HP gets lower, but besides that and the fact that it runs away from you once, this is a fairly standard battle that should not cause too much trouble.

You will receive a Viera Rucksack once the battle is over. Return to the Whitecap tavern in Balfonheim Port and speak to the Viera Wayfarer again. She will take back the Rucksack and give you the rewards for completing this quest, which include 3,500 gil, a 
Halberd, and a 
Crystal Shield.
She will also give you a 
Dragon Scale that she finds at the bottom of the bag, which you will need to complete the Hell Wyrm side quest (which you should not attempt until you are between level 50-60).
