Despite being a fairly high-level Mission in terms of number, this is a very easy Mission to complete and it can easily be completed during Chapter 11.
Prerequisites
Cie’th Stone Location
The Cie’th Stone for this Mission is located in the Cie’th Stone Circle in the Eastern Tors area of the Archylte Steppe.
Mark Location
The mark for this Mission can be found in the Ascendant Scarp area of the Yaschas Massif. Jump on a Chocobo and ride it to a Waypoint which you can use to teleport directly to “Yaschas Massif - Tsubaddran Highlands”. The mark is found a good ways into the Ascendant Scarp so you’ll have to do a fair bit of walking.

Even with the accompanying four Munchkins, this is a very easy battle. Start by focusing on AoE (Area of Effect) attacks to quickly take the four Munchkins out and then switch over to the Ugallu (which is an enemy you’re already familiar with from Mission 03 - Massif Contamination).
